Hi @Former-Member I have been asleep for much of the afternoon - I have a toothache and had to have more painkillers and that made me sleepy. They have worn off now so I needed to take more - now just need to try to stay awake until bed time.

What have you been up to today?

@Zoe7 Tooth aches are the worst.

Is it dental related? Have you seen the dentist? Sometimes they can be brought on my stress.

My daughter keeps having them.

I am pretty sure my back tooth has broken - I can't remember if I have had a filling in it before but as it is at the back I can't see it I am going to try to get into the dentist tomorrow.

I hope the dentist can provide you with some relief. Yeah feel heaps better. Saw Mum the other day and it was beautiful. My daughter saw my family yesterday while I worked and she looked like had a really great day with them and the kids

I am not sure if a filling has fallen out or a piece has broken off @Former-Member - just know it is very sore

So lovely that you are feeling better - I was a bit worried about you for a few days

I love hearing about your daughter stories - so nice that she had a good time with the other kids

How are you feeling about being back at work - are you a bit more relaxed after your holiday?

I am just not letting things get to me last two days. Everything took its toll and some point you eventually snap and lose yourself which is what I did with everyone. I want to start respecting myself again and I will do that.

work is ok just know I am very looking forward to the career change in design.

feel relaxed, often when I go back to Brisbane I try and remember who I was if that makes sense to you. It’s where it all started last years.

Yeah that does make sense - we often 'lose' ourselves with mental illness and when there is trauma thrown in as well it gets even harder to remember who we were in the better times - so I get it @Former-Member

I will let you know how it goes - hopefully I can get into my dentist tomorrow but at short notice it might have to be Tuesday as I have my GP appointment tomorrow as well and I can't miss that otherwise it will be Thursday next I can go see her and she books up pretty quickly.
