My journey

My journey

@Former-Member It's pretty hard when I do eventually open up
I remember what happened when I did prior then too a longgggg time ago. I was attacked!!! I am attacking everyone
Hence my song the other day on a music thread.

I don't expect responses and I don't feel left left out I have made it this far on my own and hid what i have been through repetively at times. It does not matter what I do when I don't talk about it I am doing something wrong when I do talk about it I am doing something wrong again

Re: My journey

Good to hear you are home safely @Former-Member I am much the same as you - a lot going on for me but trying to keep my head above water - a bit hard to do today but I have tried to stay occupied (mostly on here lol) all day - been working so far but nights are always the hardest. Have you seen your mum yet?

Re: My journey

You have been away on holiday @Former-Member so it may take you some time back at home to find your feet again - go easy on yourself and ease your way back into life if you can.

Re: My journey

Try to think about the things you are looking forward to @Former-Member like seeing your mum and your course next year. You have done a lot today so you are probably feeling tired as well - I feel the weight of MI more when I am over tired - how about you?

Re: My journey

My hobbies include design, dance,

music and exercise..just get real p***ed at myself when I see how depressed I have been and how much it has taken over every time I even do something for myself or buy a bra or something, we got invited out but just liking my company, now it seems I am making a clear habit out of it those are the things I am dealing with.

Trying not to smoke I am on champix medication which is mucking with my emotions

Sometimes we need to have time to ourselves to get through some of the things that are getting to us @Former-Member Don't be too hard on yourself - you have had a wonderful holidsy away and you need to settle back in to the 'normal' routines again.

Today I am also taking everything the wrong way. Almost wish my scars were on my body then people would see it you know

sorry just really down and have no idea what’s happened.

Re: My journey

No need to be sorry Hon - we are here to help you through this as best we can - if talking helps then keep going @Former-Member

I often feel a little down after I have done something I have really enjoyed - it sometimes feels like I shouldn't have enjoyed it and now the 'fun' has ended and I am back to my same old hard life.
