Re: New here.

Nice to meet you jojo2.

I am sorry that you feel you don’t know how to live your life anymore and you don’t know where to start. Have you been to your G.P. and or seen a counsellor? Sometimes when things are this bad, it’s good to seek help.

Are there things that make you happy? Do you have moments where things seem ok?

Re: New here.

Hi @Jojo2. How are you? I feel for you. I have been through a similar thing. What I found helps is getting really organised. If you have an organised life you have an organised mind. A typical persons life is made up of a number of things. They may be represented like the following:

1) Finances (Home, Superannuation, Savings)

2) Work (if you work)

3) Health (Diet, Exercise)

4) Relationships (Family, Friends)

5) Hobbies (something like music and reading)

6) Religion/Spirituality (whatever floats your boat)

By dividing your life into these areas you can see what constitutes your life. What is important to you. Get a piece of paper and write these items down. Put it up on your wall or fridge so you can see it and start thinking to yourself - How do I want these areas of my life to look?

It could be the start to getting your life organised and taking the daily confusion out of it all.

Hope this helps. Talk soon.

Re: New here.

Also @Jojo2 Have you thought about writing your thoughts and feelings down on paper (or in a Word or Notepad document). I don't know if you realise but what you wrote down could be seen as a little poem. I find it really helps me to write about all my stuff and just get it out there.

What I do is save all my writings to a USB stick. It might come in handy one day if a loved one gets a mental illness and I have all my poems and stories and any tips or tricks I know that helped me recover stored on that USB stick.

Just a few thoughts.
