Something’s not right

Is this true for you?

Is this true for you?

In my experience, nervousness just goes away spontaneously. As long as you're nervous, you just are. As long as you're not, you're not. (BTW, I'm currently at the stage where I could see the ridiculousness of a certain reason for me to be anxious, but the anxiety is still there.)

Hi @aja675

Yes I have been able to distance out from nervousness, but I do have fidget habits that let people on that I am highly anxious. Its pretty much with me all the time.

It's like this: I now know that my worry is pointless, but my subconscious mind still finds the worry to be worth it. I still vaguely feel fear and now I'm wondering when said fear will go away.

Is it still possible to speed up their going away?
