Karen, you are a beautiful kind, caring and loving person, friend and mother, please never forget i think the world of you and i know your girls love you very much.

i care for you deeply Karen, you have a special place in my heart, you always will.

Karen all those things you call yourself is just the bad voices in your head, you need to find that little angel that will tell you nice things about yourself.

Karen you work so hard, on the house, with your girls, the are so smart and happy, all thanks to you.

you mean more to me than all the money in the world, to me you are an angel, a princess, you are so smart, so tallented.

Karen you are broken, i agree, but you can never say you can't be fixed, this time last year, you had no hope, no direction, this year, yo uhave a house, a best friend and a reason to go on Karen, you have a beautiful home, somewhere to make new wonderful memories with your girls, you can move on, you will always remember the abuse, but it does not define you anymore.

Karen, you have been a wonderful supportive friend to me, you have caring and kindness for me when all you have known is abuse, their is still love and care in you, you just need to find it, it is their. Just give it time, you will always remember what happneed to you, but the memories will get less controlling over time.

I know one day you will believe it because it is true, you just can't see it through the fog of abuse from your late husband and mother.

Karen, i know you so well now, it has been two wonderful fun years for me to have known you, i have had so many wonderful times talkign to you and you have saved my life in the proccess, i hope one day i can repay the favour.
