No not asleep yet. The girls have just gone to bed and then when they are asleep I have to sneak out to move mr elf. Im starting to run out of ideas so if you have any please share.
my knee has really swollen after the mowing im in alot of pain. Just another reminder of what he did to me and how it effects my daily life.

Yes my angel, i know mum's does the same, she cryes most times she mows, the pain is so bad. I know my angel, he was a real monster, i am so glad you are free of him now, you really need those patella straps, i sooo wish i could send you one, i would really like to help you.
Knee pain is so cruel, do you have any deepheat or dencarub? something to help the pain, mum takes osteo panadole, they are safe to take, and work really fast.
My angel, i don't know how anyone can be so cruel to such a beautiful souled, kindest person i have ever met, you so deserve to be treated like a princcess, i hope one day you are.
i hope you are resting Karen, it is important to allow your body to recover.

I can't go into details here but you are right if he hadn't passed away the girl's and myself wouldn't be here anymore. Even my mum says that. Its a relief even the girls seem relieved. They don't talk about him the way children normally would speak of a father

My angel, i am so glad you are still here, you are my best friend and i could not imagine life without you now, every day i yern to talk to you, know what you are up to, how you are going.
That chapter of your life is over now, time to make some new memories, nice memories, i have nice memories alrady of the past year, all thanks to you, i hope you and the girls can make some nice memories together. i hope one day the girls can move on and forget him, live their own lives and be happy.

I normally take migrane tablets for the pain. Dencarub I use also. But nothing really helps.
I saw the brace on ebay but the seller is on holidays. I will see if my brother will organize to get me one. I bought onee from the chemist but where you attach it to the velcro the plastic rubs the skin off my leg. It was so poorly designed.
We need to make happy memories now.

Oh that is good my angel, i am glad Mr Elf has managed to get himself into trouble, it is so nice the girls have something to look forward to in the mornings.
I am glad you are trying different things with your knee, i do hope you can get it to settle down tonight, i know how hard it is to sleep with constant pain, i get it a lot with my ankle, especially when it rains.
Always happy memories now, i hope in a small way i can help you do that.
You should feel special my angel, you are so deserving of it, you are the first woman i have conversed with, it is so nice to have a friend who understand and supports me instead of making fun of me, you are so great, i do know in my heart we will be friends for a long time to come.
