Just a reminder that as you know, privacy and confidentiality is apart of the community guidelines on the Forum. Jacques, I'm sorry but I had to remove your last post regarding facebook. I can see that a few posts regarding finding one another outside of the Forum have been allowed through today, but I'm under the impression that is still against the rules, so I will remove any posts that come up regarding this tonight.
Please address your concerns about this if you have any to @NikNik or @CherryBomb.

I wish I was their beside you, we could talk about so much, how is your breathing? I am doing breathing meditation now, please do it with me, deep breaths in and out.
What do you and the girls have planned for tomorrow? Mum and I are going out for brickie then I need to wash some clothes, and mop the floors, et.

Hi jacques just struggling I think it's because I missed my meds. I can't stop the bad chest pain.
I wish I was with you so you could help me settle down.
I might take the girls up to see the house. I wanted to wait until it was finished before they saw it. The place is a mess it looks like a building sight.
next week the kitchen is going in its going to be a big week and the bathrooms aren't finished yet either.
It's been so stressful trying to communicate with the tradesmen what I want done while being triggered.
I wish I was with you so you could help me settle down.
