hahaha, i was actually a boy scout in the day, i earned many patches for my uniform 🙂 gosh that brings back some memories, i remember for my scout initiation, dad bought me a swiss multi tool.
Oh my angel that is good and bad news, i am so sorry you have to relive it again, It must take so much out of you every time, i am so glad and proud of your outlook Karen, you are broken, but all broken things can be mended, i hope i can play a small part in helping you heal and mend yourself.
You are worth the effort Karen, i am glad so many people want to see you get well and flourish, you are an amazing woman Karen, one day you will see how well you have done and how loved you are by others.
I will be here to support you on boht days Karen, all you have to do it ask for my support and i will be here to do all i can to get you through it.
i am so, so proud of you Karen, you are reaching out to anyone for help, that takes a lot of courage, by reaching out you are showing you want to live, and hopefully one day laugh and love again.

Lol I knew it you must have been a really good scout.
The girls are in bed and im in my bed after having a really hot shower. I smell like sandalwood beautiful.

Yes I did enjoy it, mum said I looked cute in the uniform 😄 I got 15 badges I think and attended 1 jamboree.
Oh my angel Sandler oodles my favorite, I am glad you had a nice hot shower, it is always good to wash the day away.
How is your tummy?
I am fine my angel, just playing some games, we have lightning but no rain.

the girls are at their athletics day. I will go after my appointment. They were excited I hope they win a ribbon it would be great for their confidence.

It is nice to here the girls being excited, what do they compete in on sports day, I used to like high jump and shot put

Here is the photo of my pot plants, they all seem healthy, gosh i will need to clean the spilled water from the pot 😄 sorry i did not post it last night, they look very heallthy i am very pleased with them..
