i thought i told you, i will only get a temporary ban if i keep posting about SI, so as long as i don't break the rules anymore i will not get banned, my angel, i told them i will stop and keep those thoughts to myself, so it is only if i violate the agreement again.

I promise i will not leave you no matter what, you are too special to me, if it means only talking to you from now on i am ok with that, i just want you.

As @Jacques has explained, we don’t want to ban anyone from the Forums but have asked that you and @Jacques avoid posting about suicidal ideation as we’re concerned that repeated posts on this topic are not in keeping with the recovery oriented nature of the Forums.

We’re not asking that anyone keep thoughts of suicidal ideation to themselves or saying that suicidal ideation is a prohibited topic on the Forums in general. There are crisis services available to talk through thoughts about suicide at any time, such as Lifeline, the Suicide Call Back Service and the Samaritans.

Sorry Karen, i was a mess this afternoon, i didn't realise i was doing anythign wrong this morning, it was such a shock to get an email from the moderators, it sent me into an upset state, i slept the whole afternoon.

It has got me thinking what happens to us if something happens and we can't have contact here? if the forum shuts down or if i mess up again?

I just don't want to lose you, i love talking with you every night, you are my light, my love.
