Hi my angel,
gosh i had a long night, i tried to go to sleep at 1 am when i heard a noise, someone tried to break into my next door neighbours house, i went out side with the tourch, but be was gone, i saw him scaling the back fence. so i spend most of the next hour talking with the police and keeping watch they didn't come back.
sometimes it is good being so hyper aware, they knocked over some plants in our yard but didn't touch anything else.
I hope you are safe this morning and your night was a little more settled. i am going to mow the lawns today, i will try to answer when i can. you will be in my thoughts my princess.

Oh jacques im sorry you had such a bad night. Im glad you weren't hurt.
I didn't have a great night either. One of the women threatened me because I was given her room in the female area. She was so aggressive.
Its another day in here.

no i think he would have been more scared of me, just another day in a horrible town, we have the highest crime rate in the state.
OH no Karen, you where not hurt where you? Gosh sometimes I think it does you more damage to be in their than it helps. You seemed so happy when you where talking to me on Wednesday, maybe sometimes I miss interpret, I know you still hurt, I just wish you could get the care you deserve.
I wish I could protect you from all the bad things Karen, I just want to hold you always and not let anyone near you.
I am here if you want to talk, I have finished all I am going to do today.

I had a great day, mowed the lawns, trimmed the shrubs and washed two cars, I feel satisfied I have done enough today.
No I am OK, I don't sleep much of a night anyway, I got some sleep this afternoon so I am wide awake.
I am so glad you where toasty warm, I hope snuggling helped 🙂
I have missed you so much too, I just want to wrap you up in my arms and never let go.

Wow jacques thats a productive day you must be satisfied with that.
I spent my day in my room trying to stay out if peoples way. I couldn't even sleep its just a scary place to be.
I saw the girls today it was so difficult I don't want to keep hurting them by being put in the mhu all the time.

Oh Karen that is terrible, it must be so scary and stressful, please don't feel bad about not doing anything, their is not much you can do in their, just rest as much as you can.
Yes my angel, it must be tough on them, but it was involuntary you had no choice, the girls will understand in time, better you be safe in their than harming yourself.
Karen please keep your spirits up, I know the girls love you unconditionally and so do I, fight for us.
