Oh my angel, it is so upsetting to know you are hurting so much, i know you want to give up, but we need to fight togther my friend, Karen, try not to focus on next week until it comes, remember be mindfull, focus on the here and now.
I am so proud of you fighting on, you are so strong, i know you can do this Karen, i have faith in you my friend.

I know it is my angel, lucky i have big bear like arms to hold you tight, we have weathers rough storms before Karen, we can do it now, please remember i am having to deal with troubles of my own re: aunt, but i know with your support i can do it, please try my angel, i will do whatever i can to support you.
Life is a roler coaster, we need to enjoy the highs twice as much because the lows are so low.
what are you up to tonight my angel? i am watching Doc martin and chatting to you. i can feel the fluffy carpet beneath my feet, the cool breeze of the AC and the soft keys of the keyboard. how about you?

See my angel, you always support me, i wish i could give you the same support, if i can do it so can you Karen, we are both strong together, we can do so much.
Yes, i am trying to enjoy the quiet time, well as quiet as it gets, mum gets a bit noisy, but i am trying to get used to it, my aunt makes a lot of noise, i have started setting up the shed as my safe place.
My angel, life is always changing and we never know what is around the corner, you need to try to focus on the good in your life till things change. i know how lonly you are with just the girls, but please remember you have me here, i hope chatting with me help you feel less lonly, because chatting to you makes me feel like i have something to live for 🙂

Well i managed some rest last night, which was so nice, it is cooler here today so i am enjoying that too, i am going to have a quiet day today, just sorting some more paperwork.

Wow, I hope some of what you have learned sticks, anything that helps you cope is a good thing.
Yes, their is no pain anymore, so I am happy, my knee is still sore, but that is the graze.
I feel Terrable Karen, after I sent the message to you this morning I crashed, felt so useless and hopeless I have slept the whole day, dark thoughts, feelings and urges have plagued me all day.
I don't know if I can do this Karen, I wish I could tell you more but I would get into trouble.
