Well it is 10:15am, just got up, gosh i seem to not ever want to get up out of bed, but i am up now.

It is really hot here, i wish Autumn would arrive, i just want some cool weather.

Oh no, Karen, please be careful ANZ will never contact you, you will be fine as long as you did not click the link and login, if you did log into the ANZ please call them imediatly and get them to change your password ASAP. just opening the message will not cause you any problems, if all you did was open the message delete it.

Please under no curcumstances answer any email, Text, really anything electronic, trust only posted mail.

If you are still unsure call ANZ direct. but as long as you did not loging with your account number and password you will be fine.

It is computer hackers Karen, they are trying to get people to log in so they can steal money from peoples bank accounts, no company will ever ask you for you user name or password, no company will send you text messages either, and emails, be ver suspicious from now on. if you are ever unsure in the future call the company the email or text message came from.

It is not your fault Karen, people are not told how to handle scams, i am so glad you asked, so many people get embarressed and just go along with it, so many people have lost a lot of money with these types of scams.

You are such a great person Karen, life is so complicated now with computers and such things, it is even hard for me to keep up with these things, i am just so happy you reached out, so many people don't.

Oh my angel, i wish i could be their to hug you and hold you. it is good you are crying, it is a good way to release your emotions, let the tears flow Karen, you have needed this for a long time, so just let them flow until they flow no more.
