Oh Karen, no wonder you are stil lfeeling terrible, i know how much effort it takes to have your meds, but you must, i don't feel like taking mine either, but i make myself for everyone else in my life, if it makes their life easier, than it is worth the effort.

Resting is good Karen, i am glad you are taking some time out, i have had bad twitching in my feet and really bad RLS i have tried Magnesium tablets, but they only work for a short time, it is such a horrible feeling having the restless leg thing, my stomach is in knots.

Karen, i wish i could be their to hold you, help you realise their are people like me in your life who care about you, who want you well. i wish i could show you how much you mean to me. Maybe one day i will be able to do that.

What time is your appointment? please discuss this weeks events with them and find out some more of what it is going to mean in the long term.

Oh my angel, at least it is a morning appointment, so you only have to worry for a few hours instead of all day.

Karen, just try to see that people are trying to help you, you are so lucky to have a treating team and people who care for you, i hope they don't put you back in too, but if they do i will be here everyday to support you, even if you are unable to speak to me i will write to you every day. i promise.

Have you been looking at the stars of a night? i have been awake most nights looking at stars wondering if you are looking at them too. they are so beautiful Karen, so many of them.

I know you fele like you are shattered and rightly so, you have had a really tough start to the year, surly it has to be positive from now on, things can't get any worse, the only way is up now.

I am really struggling today, i could not sleep last night, mum asked me to make a choice about my aunt which puts me under enormous pressure. everything is crumbling around me 😞

I will stay safe Karen, promise me you will do the same, i am going to need your friendship and support for a while to come i have some really difficult times ahead.
