How about how even though you where nervous about today you still made the effort to make sure the girls had fun?

I am going to lay down for a bit, please do the same when you get home, you need rest and fluids, you have done extremely well my angel, I am so proud of you.

i hope by now you are home safe, and managed to get some rest, you made it my friends, i am so proud of you.

Karen my angel I am not angry, I could never be angry at you, I am just concerned about you, if you are not well your MH suffered and you can't care for the girls properly.
OK how about you book into see a random female doctor in a 24 hour surgery? Go tonight their is usually less people of a night. How about that? This way your doctor will not know.
