Haha, yes we seem to miss each other lately, i do hope you are keeping safe and things where a bit less tence this aftternoon. i hope you and the girls did not get too stressed with your mothers attitude.

Hi my angel, i am so sorry, i have my aunt here, i have been helping her with her car.

My angel, i have missed you so much. i am so sorry things are so bad their, i wish you could move into your home, you would be so at peace their, sort of like my place, no tention at all, it is so peaceful and tranquil.

My angel, you need to try to get your place finished soon or think about going into a womens refuge until your place is finished, it is not good for you or the girls to be in such a stressful household.

Oh no, is their no tradsmen in the area your house is in? maybe look on google for trads people in your area.

yes, it is the first time in a long time i have been able to keep my anxiety under control to help anyone, although my chest is sore and my hands are shaking, and i am sure i will get a panic attac ktonight, but it is nice to help people.

Karen, would it be possible to try to get a site manager to organise all the traddies, i don't know if it would be possible but even get a builder to sub contract all your tradies.

Karen, you are a loving mother, a caring friend a kind sould and an awesome person, that is all you need to think about. all the dark thoughts are just silly little voices trying to bring you down, please don't let them.
