Karen, my angel, i am so proud of you, so, so proud, have you left yet? please let me know when you have arrived, i want to keep you company until you settle in, my angel, i am so happy you are safe.
Don't worry about your mum, you know she will do anything to put you down, your safety is so important for you, for the girls and for all your friends, it would be more traumatic for the girls if you where not here, i can promise you that the girls would fall apart if you did something silly to yourself.
My angel, the strength and courage you have showen today just stuns me, you knew you needed help and you went and got it, i am so proud of you, you are such a strong wonderful amazing woman, and i will walk with you hand in hand through the doors and i will be here for the time you are in their and when you go home.
Hugs my angel, i am so proud of you, big hugs, thank you for caring for yourself my angel, hugs again 🙂
Jacques

Oh My angel, you must go, please i beg you, just get you bag and go to the car, please.
She has no control over you but what control you allow, you are not weak or pathetic, you are just under her control, i am so upset with her, she is a cruel and nasty woman, whom does not deserve any respect at all, Please Karen, please just go.
Maybe call the hospital and explain what is going on and see if they can help, if that does not work maybe call the police.
Please Karen, i know you can do this 🙂

Karen, she has always help with the girls when you go to hospital, what would be different now? i am sure she would not take them to schol this time, she has not supported your previous hospital stays but helped with the girls.
Maybe explain to her the consequences if she does not support your going to hospital, Karen, believe it or not the girls need you, no one will care for them like you do, your life is so important, for you, for the girls and for all your friends. a small break is much better for the girls than the other option.
maybe ring lifeline and get them to talk to your mum? or the hospital?
