hi my angel,
I thought you where asleep :), yes i think you are right, i was thinking the same, i just can't find where the blockage is, i have had the whole carbie off twice, i will try again tomorrow.
Yes my angel, i give good shoulder massages, years of havign to massage dad's muscles when he had MND, i had to massage his legs, shoulders and arms, every day.
Yes, me too, i am with Vodafone and it is so slow, i have signed up to bigpond at home, just waiting for it to be activated 🙂 it has been driving me mad trying to get a stable connection.
hugs my angel, you are not the only one with internet problems.

Oh Karen, i get no reception too, only in certain spots, i have the same worry, but can't afford to switch to other phone companies, i can't afford an extra $0 a month, so expensive.
Karen, you may have to switch to Telstra if you are going to be at the house, i do worry with you being their on your own, you are right if something happens you are buggered. please be carful when you are their, would it be possible to get the home phone on their?
haha, yes i know the feeling, i get so sore doing the reno's, i have aching muscles i didn't know i had 🙂
oh yes, sounds like you got sun stroke, i get that too, mae sure you drink plenty of water, sounds like you have been a good girl and done so, i am so proud of you having 3 bottles, hugs my angel, i know how much you struggle to drink water.
tonight, just chatting to my best friend, and listening to some music, and wondering what my friend is up to as well?
Karen, try to put some sorbaline cream on the burns, it will help stop it getting too sore when in your bed. and it will stop the skin stretching in the morning 🙂

is their any reason why you can't go back to the house tomorrow? i am sure if you took some toys the girls would have a ball?
i am so excited to think you are not far away from moving in, i do know, a lot of your stress will go, and not having your mother their will help emensly, i think you and the girls might even sort out some off your MH problems too 🙂
Stress is such a vital trigger for our MH problems, it is triggering and it is problematic to our moods and fears. i just can't wait for you to be happy.
Oh my angel, that is so nice, i bet it smelled extra nice, your home, your peice of paradise, your place of happyness 🙂
Oh yes that is a great idea, if you need some help with the list i am happy to oblige 🙂 i do hope it does not take long, i know it will do you and the girls good, give you three time to recover and rebuild your little family.
