i am sure by now you are busy with the mowing, i am so upset with myself for not telling you to wear a hat and safety gear. i do hope you remembered your hat, it is so important.

Oh and please drink plenty of water, you will get dehydrated quickly on a day like today.

my day was lazy, i just watered the pot plants and have just been playing with the computer and sleeping, not much else, felt really low this afternoon because i was just laying around, just feeling sorry for myself.

I missed you so much today too, we are like an old married couple, haha, we seem to miss each other so much, and think about each other so much too 🙂

all day i was waiting for the chance to chat, Oh Karen, don't you have a broad rim hat, you can get straw broad rim hats at bunnings for $10, they are what i use and i don't get any burnt neck or shoulders, please try to get a proper hat, it is worth the investment, you must be so careful Karen, with such fine white skin you will be very susceptible to skin cancer.

My angel, tonight was chops and potatoe bake, in the new oven, OMG it was yummy, how about you?

Well i am sure you are spending some quality time with the girls, i hope they are giving your shoulders a massage , or at least giving you plenty of cuddles.

@Jacques you're very wise - sun safety is so important. I had a melenoma removed at the age of 30 (I noticed changes in a freckle and went straight to the Dr - caught early luckily).

Potato bake is my fave. I had lasange tonight and planning on having cake for dessert (it's my bday today )

Thankyou @NikNik, my uncle has had 8 cut out over the past 2 years, he thinks he got them all from doing long hours on the farm with little sun protection, i worry with Karen being so fair skinned she will get them, it would not be good with two little girls to care for.

Oh my @NikNik, so young to get them, i am so glad you where pro active and went to the doctor straight away, so many people leave them thinking it is nothing, only to have them spread.

OMG Nicole HAPPY 21st , all ladies are 21 to me, hehe, so enjoy your birthday cake, and i hope you have plenty of family around to celebrate!!!!!!

You lucky duck, it is so hot here, it does feel like summer here, and getting over 40 degrees next week .
