i am really flat, it always happens at the start of the year, thinking of the wasted year past, and the thought of another year is almost too much to handle, i hope it goes quickly.

Yes @Jacques he has been feelin weary and very tired everyday , having a sleep during the day inbetween doing jobs , wakes up tired

Yes i have the same problem,, i am not sleeping well and have to sleep of an afternoon everyday now, i am so exhausted all the time.

i do hope you and Hubby can make some changes this year to help with his MH and yours.
