How are you today?

The house to yourself enjoy the peace and quiet.

I'm not so good but you probably knew that already. It was a very long night. This is a living he'll, which I am doing to myself to try and keep my mum happy.

The girls hopefully will go to the beach today it looks like it's going to be hot. We need lots of sunscreen and hats.

The girls have gone into town to get sushi for dinner tonight my mum has taken them. I couldn't face all the crowds it's so busy here with holiday makers.

Hi My angel,

I am ok today, a little tired, tossed and turned al ot last night, but ok.

Oh yes, it is always quiet when mum goes, it is nice to have the house to myself once a week, i get very jumpy with noises, and mum makes a lot of noise 🙂

I know my angel, i really feel for you, it must be hell their, i can't believe you risk your safety for your mothers happyness, i could not do that, i often tell mum flat out no if i feel i will be unable to cope. i so wish you could do the same.

I do hope you get to go to the beach Karen, make sure you get your feet wet, feel the ocean, enjoy the wind and the sand between your toes. remember use your senses 🙂

Oh my Sushi again, gosh i wish i ate as good as you guys 🙂

I know the feeling, i usually sit in the car if mum needs something, or i just go numb and wander aimlessly through the crowd, i get so scared and shaking is so bad.

Today, just chatting with my best friend, keeping her company and watching the farm animals.

33 here today and a beautiful breeze, so nice, Oh my Karen, you must enjoy the beach then 😄 OMG you can surf!!!!!!!!! i used to love body boarding, i had an expensive bodyboard and fins, we used to go to the beach 2 times a month when i lived in QLD, i have only seen the ocean 4 times since 1994, so sad.

Please enjoy the surfing Karen, or just paddling on your board, please be careful of sharks
