Sadly I am unable to partake in the cuppa and macaroon. I am on 4 hour fast prior to CT scan. Shame coz it looks particularly yummy. Maybe you can put a macaroon aside for me, for later? 😄☕

Still got a couple of hours to fill in before I need to leave for hospital. Another hour, then I have to drink a whole litre of water. Not sure I can drink that much. 😱

I know how hard it is to change thought patterns from negative to positive. I just try to turn one thought around at a time. Today it’s raining so I don’t have to worry about S watering the pot plants on the deck.
