My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

ECT went ok yesterday, have the weekend off and then have it again on Monday.

Hope you are all doing ok. Sorry I haven't kept up to date on all your news.

Don't be sorry, your priority is you and being in hospital takes up a lot of your time, we understand. I struggle to keep up with everyone's news too. Keep taking care xxx

I miss you too @Snowie I slipped up today but that’s what happens sometimes. Meds are a bit of a mess but apart from that...trying to stay in the here and now, How is hospital going for you?
