Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie I used to love walking our family dog. It is nice to walk with a dog people always stop (that is me lol) and give dogs a pat :). If dogs were not like having another child I would have a dog just to go walkies with 😄

@Eve7 Oh no you are not negative. Everyone has their times where they need the Sane family to be there for them. It is swings and round-a-bouts. I remember once I was messing with my meds and went extremely manic and said some wild things but no one judged me at all. Everyone was caring and concerned. I love this forum :)xx

@outlander That is good .... just that you have been talking about your pain levels have been high (I am not too sure of the full story) but am concerned. Dont like to hear that that you are in pain.xxx

ive had a concussion the past nearly 3 weeks @Bunniekins only just starting to improve the past day or 2. but only for a few hrs in the morning before it starts to go backwards again
