Had appt. with psych today. Still would rather in person then on laptop, but I guess I have to be grateful I still can talk to her.

H not doing well today and I feel like it is my fault. If I wasn't the way I am then he wouldn't be the way he is. Even though he doesn't blame me, I am good enough at blaming myself.

SH increasing again. Spoke to psych and got a few things sorted out.

Not tagging anyone, just wanted to get a few things out.

To anyone reading this, hoping your afternoon is going well and you are enjoying the sunshine.

Hi @Snowie , I wasn’t going to log in but when I saw your post I thought I should.

I’m sorry about the SH but I’m here with you and understand all too well what it does to us. I am glad you were able connect with your Psych albeit via laptop and as you say is better than not at all.

I’m sure most of Vic is finding it tough so don’t blame yourself for how H is and I’m sure this will help him understand your situation a bit better.

I’m in hospital for a few days but I’ll not say too much other than I’m safe and so blah.

i really appreciate you Snowie and the others but I’ll post to them later.
