Treating myself to the hairdressers this afternoon, need to do something nice for myself.

The hairdressers is a good idea, drive safely as I just received a speeding ticket from my last hair appointment. Are you getting a colour?

I had the nurse visit to give me an antibiotic injection as I have an infected wound. She also dressed it.

I’m going for a walk on the beach with a friend and having fish and chips.

Yes from sh @Eve7 Haven't had a good few days.

Just getting a wash, cut and blow wave. I find even washing my hair and doing it such a chore at the moment, so thought I would treat myself. I even have to force myself to have a shower lately, some things just seem to be in the too hard basket 🤔

I am glad you got treatment for your wound hun and hoping the injections help heal it up a little quicker.

A walk and fish and chips sounds like a really good idea. I am glad you can do that with a friend and hope it is nice and relaxing for you. Hopefully it is a nice and sunny day for it too.

I understand everything being an effort at present. I’ve bought expensive deodorant and dry shampoo to help with that. Don’t beat yourself up over it...maybe takeaway for your family tonight and a funny movie is in order.

I hate this mi and it’s chronic nature especially the way it goes so deep into our souls.

I played on the floor with Miss 3 yesterday dressing Barbies and that was pleasant. She says the funniest things and loves all things pink. If we could only be so uncomplicated!

I know you understand the sh, even though I wish you didn't hun. Sometimes those thoughts just take over and there is nothing we can do about it, except put it behind us and try and move on.

I use dry shampoo a lot too @Eve7 and deoderant 🤔

I am catching up with some friends on zoom tonight so am looking forward to that, it will be nice especially since we haven't seen each other in ages because of lockdown.

Playing with Miss 3 sounds like a nice distraction. It would be lovely to have such an uncomplicated life. The biggest problem is what to dress the barbie's in 😊😊

That should be fun @Snowie when you catch up with friends on ZOOM. I do a ZOOM with school friends every Saturday and that is one real positive for me. Some of them have been extremely successful since leaving school but the more often we meet the more honest we are with each other. I’ve just told them “sometimes I don’t cope well” lol but they were supportive. I hope your catch up goes well.

Yes, Miss 3 is very uncomplicated and such a happy child, so she’s a delight to have around.
