My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

@outlanderslept ok, just check up at GP. Taking a med at night for the nightmares but lowers blodd pressure too so have to get mine checked out more often now.

I am so upset with myself. I feel like i am barely floating again. I tried to use SCBS chat, waited over an hour, got disconnected @outlander . I dont know why i even tried

@outlander im upset with myself because thpyghts are coming back and even with new learned things im not coping great.
I have given up pn it. It becomes harder during the night as that is the only chat open

i wish we had a magic wand @Snowie i know your trying your best. remember you have your psychs and gp too that are there to support you though its not very handy when you need them outside appt times.

does beyond blue help? i know they are open later at night too, or lifeline?

im happy to sit and chat about anything if itll help keep you distracted and safe until you sleep
