My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

ill bet @Snowie but i hope that means everyones actually listening and will hopefully help stop the spread and start getting those numbers much lower!

i have the horses in the morning and arvo. take kids to school and have them till midnight. im going out to have a chat to a friend who has a bussiess but also stocks some meal replacement shakes (shes a wellness and weightloss coach) but not as a meal replacement as im barely eating but more to see if my stomach can handle at least one shake in the day as well as dinner. shes giving me 3 to try out over the next few days to see how i go. ill be able to tell the specialist if im managing the shakes as well or not

I hope for your sake the shakes agree with your stomach. I know they are full of vitamins too so hopefully they will help. Will cross everything for you that they work 🤞🤞

i hope they do not just for the people of the public but all the teachers, bussiness and all healthcare providers who have to still work through this

I hope so too @outlander H's business is still classed as essential so he will still have to go into work some days, but can do most from home thankfully.

ECT went ok today. Didn't get much sleep last night so had a nap today. Other then that it has been a quiet day.
