Yucky si thoughts...I am plagued with them too but they are thoughts not actions and certainly not monsters in our heads telling us what to do.

I used to struggle to tell H when he was alive and that is one big regret. He was so kind and I hurt him so much. The last attempt I made I promised him I’d never do it again but this year I have so I hope he doesn’t know.

I hope you can talk to H sometimes as a supportive H is pure gold. Maybe show him your Batman when you need support.

The best holiday I had with H was at Disneyland...we went around like a couple of teenagers on all those crazy rides having so much fun.

Ill cook you some Indian tomorrow...what’s your favourite?

I am sure he knows you didn't mean to hurt him hun, he would have just cared about you so much 💕

I love all types of Indian food hun, you could cook me anything and I would eat it!

I do know what it’s like when si won’t go away and that’s why I tried translating a book into French...just to stretch my brain.

We’ve been blessed with supportive H’s as so many on here have no one.

I have to get a covid test before I go into hospital. I haven't heard from them yet.

I can't talk to H, he just doesn't seem to understand and I struggle to get the words out. I feel like I can't find my voice.

I hope you get a discharge date soon, something you can work towards.
