My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I am okish @outlander, better then last night so will take that as a win 🤔 My meds worked well last night so got some sleep which was probably the best thing for me.

Have you got much on today or can you rest a bit?

Haven't got much on. Taken D to school and went to the supermarket. Have to do some washing. Going to try to take it easy today. Am still groggy from last nights meds.

taking it easy sounds like a good idea

i havent got a whole heap on. just the kids and horses. i done a fair bit of cleaning yesterday so not worried about that today unless i feel like it.
