i am proud of you @Snowie for so many reasons

itll take a little while to readjust to living and the simple things will seem hard but they get a little easier over time. dont be too hard on yourself but us humans are good at that and are our own worst enemies.

the questions will stop over time, its new to them too and once they ask they are content and will prob leave you alone and you dont have to tell them all everything- only what your comfortable with.

im glad your pdoc went well today even though some changes again. i understand you feel like a walking chemist- very frsutrating but at hopefully your on the right path now. sometimes when you go higher doses they can give you one tablet to match that amount or 2 instead of a few of the lower dose.

well done on only one SH, that is a really big step for you! i hope yoru psych appt goes well tomorrow too

@Snowieoh hun, damn the time difference, I have missed you again. I am so sorry- the last 2 days have been so busy. I barely took my night meds last night and was asleep in just over 30mins. I am really tired again tonight but I am waking an hour earlier every night now. We need to have a proper catch up hun. I know if I am away from the forums for even a day, let alone 2, there is SO much to catch up on. So I will try to read some of your thread tonight and respond to some of it. I see you have a pdoc appt tommorow. I don't know what time it is. I am busy for much of the morning, but I will be able to catch up before I go out for my walk, and then again just after your dinner time.

@Sans911the time difference does suck but do not be sorry hun. It makes me happy seeing you fill you days in with good things. These night meds I am on work well so I know when I take them than I have about 30 minutes and then zzzzzzzzzzzzz.............!! So am trying to keep to a better sleep routine which means not staying on here as late.

It is sometimes hard to keep on top of things here and we cannot always be everywhere all of the time.

As I said, I am happy to see that you are keeping busy

Good morning @Sans911, you are up way too early! I hope you can go back to sleep. Today seems like another busy day for you. It does help to have that self care quiet times but it does also help to keep busy.

@Sans911sounds lovely, wish I could be sitting there with you. How did your swim go last night? Did it get any cooler?
