My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

that's ok, no need to talk about whats on your mind. quite happy to chat about about other things.
Sometimes meds just don't work esp if we are extra stressed. try not to be too worried they aren't working tonight, if it continues then possibly chat to nurses or pdoc when your able to see them

I'm alright today. I hosted a volunteer walk near home. Had about 6 people turn up including a lady & her 2 sweet little dogs. She used to come on my previous walks before. So it was lovely to see her, and I've seen her online a bit too. Got some lovely doggies cuddles. We all had a coffee and chat after the walk. It's been a relaxing day.
