My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

yeah I think ill be alright she wasn't at work when she was infectious apparently but they are trying to trace back as far as they need to see who she may have been in contact with and as soon as she noticed symptoms she went into iso. shes a medical professional so probably more worrying for her then me.

im honestly just sick of being sick. I have a phone appointment-I would've went in but the clinic is now closed to all but flu shot patients (or for specific reason like wounds etc that actually need in person) treatments due to the nurse getting covid.

im glad your goin ok despite some of those dreadful thoughts. Its understandable youd be having those worrying thoughts about if itll work or not. your doing the best you can though and you are learning to cope more and more as you go along.

Hopefully the scan results will give you some answers hun @outlander It must be very tiring feeling sick all the time plus doing everything you have to do.

I am honestly had enough of those thoughts. Hoping hospital will silence them down. Just feeling sorry for myself and very down. A relative ended his life just over a year ago recently from depression. Makes me wonder what hope I have.

I hope so too @Snowie if the scan doesn't then hes referring me to a specialist. im wondering if I should change the appointment to tomorrow arvo but im not sure if the results will be in. they did say in a day or 2.

I don't blame you for feeling down and had enough of those thoughts. they are super draining and overwhelming too. I do hope that the therapy and hospital stay will be helpful.
im sorry to hear about your relative though, I know of a few people who have ended their life through mh issues as well

At least the gp is being thorough @outlander A specialist might get to the bottom of things too.

TMS went ok today, just made me tired. Two more sessions today.

Today hasn't been great, spoke to a nurse before, that helped a little. Probably an early night tonight, didn't sleep well last night.

I'm okay @Snowie Back very sore - early night for me too hopefully.

I am so glad your talked to someone and it helped a little. Sounds like you need to rest up and get some extra sleep. It makes it so much harder when we can't sleep hey.

Sorry to hear @Zoe7 Do pain meds and heat help at all.

I have no trouble going to sleep with my meds but staying asleep is my problem. And then the recurring dreams do not help.

It is what it is, I just have to keep plodding on.

Yes meds and heat pack have helped since I got home @Snowie Can have some more meds soon 👍

I understand that middle of the night feeling - bloody nightmares have been plaguing me lately too - too many triggers recently but taking some steps to avoid some as much as I can - hopefully that helps with the nightmares too.

It is hard to keep plodding along when we are consumed by those dreams every night Hon but you are doing a good job
