My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Not doing so well today, my coping strategies didn't work so well

Had an appt. with my psych, telehealth wasn't working and so ended up being over the phone. Her internet connection kept breaking up so it was a very much start stop session. Was hard to get anything out of it.

Haven't heard about my admission. Will ring them tomorrow to find out.

im sorry its been a tough day and strategies aren't working so well 😞 that sucks
is there anything you can talk about here that we could help with?
your psych session sounds abit frustrating too, its challenging to talk online rather then in person so having that connection issue im sure would've made I even tricker too.
sounds like a good idea with ringing tomorrow to find out about the admission. hopefully they can give you some answers..

I feel like I am hanging on by a thread @outlander and there isn't much else I can do. I wish I could get out of this mindset that I find myself in. I really don't see a way out of it at the moment.
