My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

can your supports contract your through telehealth through skpe or face time

would you feel more comfortable with that than by talking on the phone

its hard managing things on a normal basis let alone right now during a pandemic @Snowie
I know psychs, support workers etc have taken to phone calls instead but its just not the same as seeing them face to face. I find it awkward to talk and describe things on the phone.

not really any better, has been a more easy day though like nothing major triggering or having to go far from home-just the shops to get a few essentials.

have you been up to much?

Been my worst own enemy and just been sitting here stewing over things.

I tired to talk to H but no words would come out.

I feel like its my fault that I haven't helped myself today.
