My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I slept last night, well forced myself to sleep.

Today has been hard. I'm still hurting so much physically and mentally.

The thoughts are worse.

They are the things that get us the most Hon. It is so hard to get them out of our head when they take hold. I had a major trigger last night and have felt it all day so I can only imagine how hard it is for you right now. Here sitting with you again ...because I want to and I care about you @Snowie

I had a gorgeous message from one of the kids today - he had made a shadow puppet theatre with Humpty Dumpty as his character - I laughed the whole time.

Another one of my kids insists on wearing her school uniform at home when she is doing her school work ...it is those little things in the day that make me smile
