My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

im not sure @Snowie its pretty hard going here atm, lots of things I need to think about and work on ways forward. right now though its very limited as to what can happen esp with the restrictions and closures including with my aged care services so its a matter of just trying to get through, and trying to keep myself safe from my own thoughts and urges.

I completely understnad trying to keep safe from thoughts and urges. It is super hard at times but you can get through this hun. You have us here to help you.
