Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

After an ok day yesterday today was not good.

Lots of sh and si thoughts

too many flashbacks and dissociation episodes today

I want to just disappear and not come back

Not finding the nurse helpful at all

Hearing you and listening Hon - totally sucks tht you are feeling that way today and the nurse is no help right now. Can you talk to someone else @Snowie ?

Only two nurses on @Zoe7 and one is a male. I cant talk to him either.

I spoke to the pdoc today. I told him about one of my flashbacks. I'm not sure if it was good to tell him, I can't get it out of my head now.

It is on repeat over and over again.

I completely understand ...all of it @Snowie After talking to my psych I used to have thoughts on repeat and it seemed the more I tried to stop them the harder it actually got. It totally sucks Hon and I have no answers for you but plenty of time to be here for you
