My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie If you are looking for the weight you have lost Hon then I have found it lol

Seriously though - that is not ideal. Weight loss can also drain our energy when we are not well and it becomes a vicious cycle. I hope you can get some advice from the dietician and that helps you. Eating often becomes a chore with depression - loss of appetite is so common so hoping the TMS this time helps you Hon. Everything crossed for you - I have even crossed Toby's paws Sending you much love, squishy hugs and all the hope I have that this admission really helps you
