How are you going today?

I got triggered by a post the other day too @Snowie Sometimes we don't know what we are reading until it is too late hey It came for me on a day I was already struggling with other triggers - such a hard day for me so I understand how much it would be affecting you. I had the wonderful @Sans911 around later that night to help me talk some stuff out - she was amazing as always and I was so grateful she was around.

I have had a heat pack on my back most of the day and had pain meds. They haven't been helping much to be honest. I'll most likely get some anti-inflammatory specific ones tomorrow when I see the doctor. A lot of laying down today ...been bored not being able to do anything

Its hard when they don't put up a trigger warning at the start. Then once its read you cant take it back.

Had my course today. Spoke about some things that were triggering too. Will probably help in the long run but not right now.

Hopefully some specific meds will help you tomorrow @Zoe7

Yeah same thing happened to me the other day @Snowie No trigger warning and no idea reading to begin with it would become so - it sucks but happens. We just need to get through it hey Hon ...and @Former-Member and I are here to help you with that 👍💕

Yes Toby and Cat have been keeping me company. Tobes snuggled in next to me on the floor and even Cat came out to see why I was home ...just adorable and intuitive creatures.

I am watching The Big Bang Theory just for something different and googling ideas for my next Tattoo. Have booked in for May. Long wait but worth it!

oooh any idea what you are going to get this time @Snowie I have the design for mine when I can afford it ...going to get it on an anniversary next year. By then I should have paid my Mum back, got in front on bills and be able to have a little in reserve each pay.

I know what I want @Zoe7 I just have to get it designed by the tattooist. She did my latest tattoo so will do this one too. Eventually I want a whole sleeve done.

It is around some of my favourite things plus some inspirations from some on here.

Sounds good to get it on an anniversary next year hon.

I wanted to get it done this year but not in a financial position to do so ...so next year it will be @Snowie Getting mine on my wrist and it will also be a great reminder of so many on here as well as everything I have gotten through - so will be super special.

Watched the first few episodes of MAFS but just couldn't get into it.

Have taken my meds so am hoping I am asleep soon to escape my brain.
