Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I know each time admission is brought up its a stressful and anxious time. But I'm sure your pdoc is concerned enough to suggest this again, and I'm inclined to agree with him. You really aren't doing so well, and haven't been for some time. I'm sure also your pdoc (and us here as well) just want to see you better, no matter how small that improvement is. You know yourself too that you aren't coping right now, and your mind is in a very dark and scary place. But you haven't given up the fight yet. You want to be here, even if it's just in a tiny corner of your mind. Hold on that tiny bit @Snowie and do what's necessary to keep you safe. You are so loved by so many who will be here for however long it takes, and will love you unconditionally.

I have just emailed him again so hopefully he will get back to me tomorrow.

H has been really angry with me for numerous reasons which I won't go into.

Turning in for the night hun.

I will check in on you tomorrow, you mean so much to me hun, you keep me going at times.

My psychiatrist got back to me this morning and saw me and H today. Have some plans in place to try and keep safe. See him again next Tuesday. Looks like I might be heading back in however
