Still really muggy here despite the rain.

Didn't say much to H, he did most of the talking. In the end I just told him I was uncomfortable talking. He doesn't mean to but it raises my anxiety.

Anything planned for tomorrow?

An indoors day for me tomorrow @Snowie with aircon on high. Nothing much planned, just usual household stuff and caring duties. Might get to do some art/craft.

@outlander Have you done or started your diamond painting yet? Perhaps wirh your sideline (crochet) business, you wont have much time. But your siblings are back at school now I presume. So hopefully that means a little bit more 'me' time.

No I hate ironing @Former-Member but the kids school uniforms and H's work clothes all have to be ironed

I find sleep deprivation so hard, it messes with your mind and thoughts too

Will say goodnight now, have taken my meds, dog alseep already.
