My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

i dont think so @Snowie theres a chance that i might need to work if my bosse daughter isnt well- shes had one of those vomit bugs and she has 2 kids so they are both bound to get it and possibly her too. will see how it goes i told her to let me know by the afternoon

Tired @Snowie its 3 weeks now sinc ive had some sort of sleep or more than 3 hrs of a night. Hoping my boss doesnt call me i cant handle it today. I was up all night running on whatever prob adrenaline. I ended up needing to move so went to the kitchen was going to clean but ended up nearly on the floor so leant on the benchtop bent over looking at the floor. Then went back to bed. Was going ok on here and rl until about 230 then it started to drive me crazy again.
Sorry that was a ramble.
Just was at mums house and took eldest to school take the other one soon.

More importantly how are you feeling? How did you sleep? Any group plans today?

@outlanderthats not good sweetie. Lack of sleep is so hard, hopefully you don't have to work today and can rest.

Last night was one of a kind! Woken up about 12:30am by the fire alarm. Alarm went on and on for about 20 minutes. Was just tripped somehow. Finally got back to sleep and then had a night mare early this morning. Tried to deal with it myself. Finding it really hard to reach out to the nurses for help. They are nice but just feel like I am taking that time away from someone else, someone who needs it more. We really are our own worst enemies sometimes.

Going to some groups today, a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy intro group, a self esteem group and a journaling group. So will check them out and report back this afternoon!

Its only 2 horses today but a feed order ia suppose to be coming in and dont feel up to lifting hay bales @Snowie so hopefully not or someone will be there to help.

Oh wow thats an interesting night! Hopefuly a better night tonight. Please dont be afraid to speak to them. They arent too scary and tou wont be taking away from other patients, i understand that though i done the same thing 💕

They sound like good groups. Can you take pen and paper to write down notes or journal them when you get back to your room on the comp? Will be interested to hear how you get on
