My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Hi @Snowie

Good sleep is very important and I totally understand how frustrating it can be to not get enough, I did just notice you said you were going to take medication for sleep. I know sometimes Drs can provide dosage plans for occasions where their patients cant sleep but if you don't currently have this from your doctor please be extra cautious, even if you've done this before, as it can be very risky and we don't recommend it. Please take care.

@Snowie, reading through and can see you are having such a tough night. Just like everyone else on here, Im with you and hope you get some rest tonight. See your GP tommorow if you can and dont forget to reach out to the supports around you or emergency supports when you need them.
