My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

im glad that youll have your psych again on Thursday. It does sound like the extra support would be good right now.

You did say you had a lot to talk about today @Snowie so I am not surprised you are feeling it tonight. It is great that you are seeing him again Thursday so you can get that extra support this week. For now it is minute by minute Hon and just getting through. Here with you

You aren't useless @Snowie but I get that feeling especially when you have had an emotional day. It is often incredibly hard to get past intense sessions but we are here with you and very much supporting you.
