Just had a really nice email from a colleague checking up on me @Snowie Can you imagine that happening at the last school !!!! So sweet and has actually made my night. Such a wonderful school

So glad you are at a supportive school. Hoping you can stay there more then a year.

I have my psych visit tomorrow which is probably good. There is a lot I need to get out.

That is good timing for you @Snowie It will be good for you to get stuff out. Let me know how it goes. I will be around tomorrow - hoping to sleep a lot of the day away and try to recover a bit - but will look out for you. How did you go on the eating front Hon - did you manage a little of something?

Hopefully you get some sleep @Zoe7 and tomorrow you can rest to get rid of this pesky infection.

Haven't eaten yet

Oh sweety I really wish you would have something small. I am worried about you @Snowie I know how unimportant things like eating are when you are feeling so low but also how important it is that you do keep up your strength. It is hard enough managing our MH without getting physically unwell and weak as well. I really don't mean to put any pressure on you - just worried about you Hon.

I have managed to make the bed so as soon as I get sleepy again I can fall straight in there. I slept on the couch last night as that is where I fell asleep - I woke up many times throughout the night as I couldn't breath properly. It actually helped being on the couch as I could sit up more with all my pillows and basically sleep sitting up. Have taken more meds myself tonight so hoping they help sleep right through and my breathing is okay. It is more the coughing now that is causing me most grief.

I do hope you get some sleep tonight and that it is more restful then last night.

It could be the meds @Snowie There were certainly some that didn't agree with me and eating too and actually exacerbated my IBS ...made it even harder to even think about eating.

I just moved all my pillows to the bed so I have them there if I need them. Toby will be happy too - he loves his pillows lol He snuggles into them and then spreads out like a little mat - very cute 🐶 Does Izzy sleep on the bed?
