Something’s not right

My special place

My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Re: My special place

Glad you are seeing your gp tomorrow @outlander if the symptoms are coming back. Hopefully they will be able to help you.

Sometimes you need that time on your own hun, away from your pop.

My sleep at night has been ok. I take specific meds for sleeping.

Today's sleep was just an accumulation of things that happened on the weekend.

The dog is on my lap at the moment. She has stuck close today which has been good.

Re: My special place

the gp should be able to help but I see a specialist in a week and abit so if all else fails ill see them as well @Snowie
yeah I need some time to myself I think, im either with pop/doing things for him or for mum//kids/horses. might find something to do tomorrow arvo once im finished with pops stuff.

im not surprised the weekend took quite abit out of you as well. at least everyones gone home now.

she is quite cute, I don't really think she ever leaves your side does she? she reminds me of a little shadow

Re: My special place

Its good that you are seeing a specilaist for this @outlander Hoping they are able to give you more answers then the gp.

Time for yourself sounds nice hun. We all need to make sure we have some self care in our lives. Hard to do at times when we are busy with our everyday lives.

She doesn't leave my side much, she is a little shadow. But she has helped in more ways then one so am thankful for her.

She has made such an impact in my life @outlander She is a very good distraction tool for me.

Am going to say goodnight hun. Still really tired and don't think I will last much longer.

I hope you get some sleep tonight hun and your gp goes ok. Will check in on you tomorrow
