My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Today has been a big day.

I had pdoc appt. early this morning, then DBT group and then individual DBT session.

Everything went ok. My pdoc wants to keep my meds the same for the moment which is ok with me.

DBT group went okish. I found it hard to get through the group with lots of mixed emotions and thoughts still swirling around in my head.

The individual session was hard. I dissociated 3 times in it. Luckily my therapist was there to bring me back into the present moment. I don't know what I will do when the sessions end next week. I am feeling the same feelings of abandonment from the DBT clinic.

I had to stop twice on the way home to try and get my thoughts under control.

I am glad to be home now.

I am emotionally exhausted now with still lots of thoughts being on replay in my head. It was just too much for one day.
