My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

So first full day here and felt a bit more relaxed. Didn't need a prn which was good. Pdoc was meant to come in today but didnt so hoping she comes in tomorrow. I am going to ask the questions about getting out of the high dependency unit. I cannot join in any of the groups if i stay in this part so I either move to another area or leave. I came here voluntary so can leave when i want.
Yes it us nice not to look after the kids or worry about them and just worry about myself, but i need more stimulation than sitting around. Have played games, drawn, made things so am trying to keep busy but need more.
I am sorry if i miss peoples tags but not on here much atm.

That sounds like a good plan to move to another area @Snowie i think you still need to be in that environment but need to join in the things that will actaully help you too and not sit around going crazy. Its good to hear that your abit more settled too and adjusting just a little bit more. Hopefully pdoc will come around tomorrow

@Snowie Hi Snowie what you are experiencing is to be expected. It happened to me and I am sure everyone else who has had the fun of beig in a mh unit. Saying that once you get into the open ward it will be so much better for you and you always have that magic card 'Get me outta here!' but try to see it through to the end.

BTW Pdocs are always late they never never run to schedule unless you are Dr G 😄

Havent been sleeping well for over a week with high SI thoughts in particular. Im exhausted but needed to get things done today. And yeh have the kids but planning on a movie day since its suppose to rain
