I slept good, my meds worked really well last night. Have had my last group session today so now just have to wait for DBT group to start. Hopefully that is sometime in May.

Still got racing thoughts but have simmered down from last night so are managable. Just relaxing now on the couch with Izzy!

Hoping you hear about your DBT group soon - it has made a lot of difference to the way I approach things and hope it does the same for you.

I am in a world of sad this afternoon but that has been happening for a few days. I need to go out to pick up my mum and sister in about an hour - not sure of the exact time as I haven't heard from my sister yet. It is not something I want to do today but it is what it is and I will deal with it.

Toby is snuggled next to me too - he must love having me home for the holidays to get extra cuddle time in. Cat is outside but it is quite a nice day so she can stay out there until I have to leave.

Sorry to hear something has made you sad. Am here for you if you need/want to talk or someone to listen. You are important to me hun.

Hopefully it doesn't take you too long to pick them up.

I am sure Toby is enjoying you being home and getting extra cuddles

My sister is going to message me when they collect their bags so I don't have to park in the carpark so I will wait up the road a bit until I hear from her. I don't know yet whether I have to take my mum home or if my sister will take her - suppose I will find that out when I pick them up.

You do sound so much more positive than you did last night Hon - hope that continues for you until you go on your holiday with the kids @Snowie

I saw that Rockpool is leaving. I know she has helped you out over the last couple of years a lot so is very sad. It is sad when mods leave especially when we have a connection with them. It makes it that much harder.

Yes she certainly has @Snowie - such a loss to this community. I know she hasn't been around as much lately as she used to be but knowing she hs always been in the background has helped. It feels like the end of an era with all the mods that have left over the past 6 months - such huge losses. Just begin to get over one and then there is another one - very sad yet again.

I will at least get out of my jammies to pick mum and my sister up - but I did think about doing that in my jammies

Hehe @Zoe7 well at least you will look respectable if you have to get out of the car!

It is sad hun. I know they move onto other jobs, we all do, but it is hard when some of our support network leave.

I'll have to get out to put the bags in I suppose @Snowie Knowing my mum she won't be able to lift her bag. I'm going to take Toby with me just in case I have to drive mum to her place - he will give me the company driving back. He also loves my sister so he will be happy to see her too.

Yeah people move on and I think I am dealing with it okay. It does feel like the end of an era with all thos that I have had a close relationship here either now gone or going soon. I am so grateful for the members here though that I know will help me through this. Loss is loss though and it is hard

I am glad you are dealing with it ok hun, even though it is hard for you. We do form that close relationship with certain mods, and when they leave it is hard for us. Hugs hon.

There have been a few of those mods leave over the last 6 months @Snowie but this one I did expect at some stage - I think that is why I am dealing with it a little better.

I am dressed and the car is cleaned out so everyone can fit in. I better leave now so I can get there on time and they don't have to wait around too long. Toby already knows he is going for a drive - he is jumping on me and whinging. They are funny when they know what is happening and can't contain themselves.
