My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie-I understands that must feel suffocating for you. You're going to have to earn trust from the staff, do just what you can to help you get through this time.

I've been through similar problems in hospital. See if you can get a prn to help you calm a little. We're all here with you.

@Snowie I presume it is like a reward system .,.. in the public you dont even have a phone you have nothing. Just be thankful you are in a private hospital.

I know @Snowie, remember what you said the other day ,that you couldn't go on the way you were,all you can do is give it a chance , hopefully if anything comes of it it will give you a different perspective.From someone who had a episode of severe distress this afternoon, I understand.
